Shipping Policy

Dream Layer Studios ships from Virginia Beach, Virginia. We currently ship within the United States only.
Lampshades
- Ready-made designs (the lampshades listed in our Streetwear, Sports, Gaming and Gift Ideas collections) ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
- Personalized lampshades (Create Your Own and Memorial designs) are made to order. We send you a design preview within 24–48 hours of receiving your images, and printing begins once you approve it. Production time varies with the detail of the design.
- Shipping rates for lampshades are calculated at checkout based on your address. Every lampshade includes a wireless stash base at no extra charge.
Custom figurines
- Free U.S. shipping on every figurine, every size.
- Design preview within 24–48 hours of receiving your photos. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Production after approval: about 7–10 business days for 8–12 in, 2–3 weeks for 16–24 in, and 3–5 weeks for 30–36 in and life-size pieces.
- Transit time is usually 3–7 business days within the U.S. once your piece ships.
Tracking and delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Timelines above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday or event, tell us your date when you place your order and we will let you know if we can make it.
Shipping damage
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, report the damage to Dream Layer Studios within 7 days of receiving your package. Email dreamlayerstudiox@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, the box and the packaging. Once we verify the damage occurred in transit, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Our final-sale policy does not prevent replacements for verified shipping damage reported within this timeframe.
