Every Dream Layer Studios product is 3D-printed to order in small batches, and many are personalized to you. Because of that, our return policy is different from a mass-produced store. Please read it before ordering.

Personalized and custom items are final sale

Custom figurines, Create Your Own lampshades, Memorial lampshades and any other item made from your photos or instructions are final sale once you approve the design. You always see and approve a preview before we print, and we will keep working with you on the preview until you are happy with it. Once approved and printed, these items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except for verified shipping damage (see below).

Ready-made lampshades

Our ready-made lampshade designs are printed to order and are also final sale. If you have a question about size, fit or colors before you buy, email us and we will help you choose.

Damaged in shipping: we replace it

If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right with a free replacement, shipped free. To qualify:

Report the damage within 7 days of receiving your package.
Email dreamlayerstudiox@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the box and the packaging.
Once we verify the damage happened in transit, we print and ship your replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong or defective item

If we sent the wrong design or your item has a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no charge.

Cancellations

Ready-made lampshades can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before the order ships. Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before you approve your design preview. After approval, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
